Another by the way, I mentioned in my trip down memory lane last night that I got my first shows from Debbie. I didn't have a burner at the time. Later I got a few 73 shows form a Rockymouintain somethinornuther (sorry about that) on a trade for some ABB tickets. I still was not trading though.
Then on June 25, 2002 I met this real Old Guy 🙂 hangin out in a bar in KC waiting for Lana & the Brothers. Called himself Coot or Old Coot. He gave me a Capt. Skipper version of the 8/26/71. But then a few days later he sends me the ABB show from that same night along with the DTB set. I had just gotten a burner so I offered it up as a freebie on the guest book. It was a fresh show so I was overwhelmed with requests for trades. I'll be adding ABB show # 300 and then some tonight. That about where PhillyBob was when I first traded with him. I hope I never catch up with him though because that will mean they quit playing.
Thanks so much to Old Coot for the shows and all the others that wanted them.
I too am a little obseessed. Getting to 300 from 290 has been difficult because as I have been adding shows I was also taking off the bogus date 70 & 71 shows that I had traded for & listed.
