Allman Brothers Family and Friends,
It’s been a long time since I’ve been able to actively participate with all of you fine people from this family. I’ve been very busy with film production over the past six months and it has involved much travel across the country. However, I’ve been fortunate to be able to start my productions from home until I have to travel and also to be home on the weekends. When I’m home, it’s full on Daddy time and it has made it an interesting process of balancing my life.
In any event, I miss this family immensely. I miss the trading and sharing of the music along with having the opportunity to share some of my stories with you. I haven’t traded or been involved in a B&P for the longest time. I need this medicine, and Sweet Daddy doesn’t do well when he doesn’t get
his medicine. I need the connection of this family and the music in my life. Please celebrate me home.
I’m here to tell you that I’m about to get kicked into gear. I am, once again, about to make my annual trip to New York City for the Allman Brothers Band at the Beacon Theater. And, I’ve got to tell you, that as I’m writing this message to you, the fever is setting in and burning hot.
Deanna and I will coming into NYC, late in the evening of Thursday, March 25th, around midnight, and we will be staying at the Milburn Hotel. I will
more than likely head over to Blondies or the P&G. If anyone knows of any after show parties or gatherings going on, please let me know. I will be
attending the shows on the 26th, 27th and maybe the 28th. We will be staying in city until the following Tuesday. Any activity or restaurant
suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
As always, I welcome the opportunity to meet with all my friends from this family and to meet with as many new friends as possible.
Peace
Billy Hollems
