I think in terms of influence, the ABB has inspired many, such as Lynyrd Skynyrd, Marshall Tucker Band, Charlie Daniels Band, Wet Willie and Elvin Bishop. If you listen to those groups, many of them have incorporated the ABB sound into theirs. Even today, the ABB still continue to inspire many newer groups. The circle indeed will never be unbroken.
To Horace - remind me to take my wife to Olive Garden for some Italian food this Friday. You sure have a way of making me hanker for some Italian!
