Happy Birthday Bird! you are one loved man. Thanks for the heads-up Cheryl..a good man deserves a good woman..I liked the grammys...I thought the women all looked incredibly beautiful...I enjoyed it...ok, some of the music was rough...I liked Vince Gill..I thought he played alot like Dickey..his guitar sounded rich and sweet to me..I agree, no chemistry with Dave Matthews....Without anyone laughing..can you tell me exactly what it is you do with a jello shot? do you eat it..or just belt it down? I love the idea of a guest on the today show ! I know one woman that is up every crack of dawn who loves all the Brothers better than all the rest of us combined...( thats alot of love) ..everyones favorite Mother..Mama Louise..get that gal on there cooking up some fine Soul Food , complete with Peach Cobbler....Lana..cool post about Shey..she's doll ... you did good, Mama.....Ive been checking out all the tour dates...Kevin still doesnt have his upcoming work schedule..but the possiblilities are endless..Dickey just put up a whole bunch of Northern dates for early march.....my personal favorite Slide Guitarist (other than that heavenly slide-guitar we all love so) just put up a Hot ' Lanta date for late feb..and the Brothers at the out-of-this-world Beacon, the possibilities are endless! I was thinking of your little Anna ...the butterflies are beginning to flock to the memory garden..spring is here gorgeous, and the butterflies are turned on....Monarchs have layed eggs all over the Asclepias (butterfly-weed, Milkweed)and chances are Ill have Monarchs in the garden now through late summer...Anna is old enough for a 'pet'caterpillar..Monarch caterpillars are big, very colorful, and easy..perfect for toddlers to watch..Ill bring a pot of Milkweed,too..and the emerging butterflies are likely to hang around all summer...Ill hook you up at one of the shows, further on down the road...Can you give us any hints about ABB summer sechedule? Hi Tommy..I missed Kraig! at my favortie park in this whole wide world, no less...but trust me when I tell you, Heather and my spirits were there with him..We both spent long hours at Manatee Park, planting wildlfowers and native trees and shrubs...the last concert Heather and I were blessed with was Kraig's, and he so kindly dedicated Every Precious Moment to her and I....he's quite a man...I sure would have loved to see his show under a star-filled nightsky..the park usually closes early , to give all the Manatees that come in from the Gulf every evening a bit of privacy...Ill bet it was magical! God-bless the musicians..Grace is theirs...the tapers /traders are pretty cool too...Ca
