I've said it before and I'll say it again, folks. If you're lookin' to stand and boogie the entire night, puff with impunity, get the best overall view and sound mix (yes, even better than the so-called "gold circle" seats), see the prettiest girls and generally have the most fun in a carnival-like atmosphere (and save some cash for $7 beers in the process), you just can't beat the lawn. Nothing like a spot on the grass down front in the middle for a summer shed show. I love the theater gigs, and I certainly understand that some have very tangible reasons for not being willing to do the lawn thing, but for this cat, I'll take the grass every time. 😎
