i didn't sit down once during the ABB show at verizon this past summer, I have a wildly overt good time, and no one hassled me. we were on the 9th row, center, where everyone was standing and dancing, an area that someone else was telling me was going to be nothing but yuppie swells making people sit down. i appreciate the humor, but saying stuff like that discourages people from coming out and having a good time. it may have been true where you were sitting, but in the area where we were, nothing could be further from the truth than "they have a seat gestapo that will throw you out if you get out of your seat or have an overtly good time." Some of the best times I've ever had at an ABB show have been at this facility, and that wouldn't be the case if what you said was true. Not only that, but this is a venue that ENCOURAGES tailgating, and doesn't mind a bit if everyone in your tailgate party is hammered and openly chugging as long as they're 21 and there's no open dope smoking. On the other hand the parking charges, the water bottles with no cap, the "no lids for soft drinks," the $7 beers, the bad service, all that and more is true. This ain't no well-run, customer-service-oriented Alltel Pavilion we got here.
