Congrats to those who got tickets and to those who still want tickets, there will be plenty of great ones (they're all good!) in the public on-sale so don't despair. For those who did not get their Peach-o-Grams, here's a rundown: a) Make sure the email address associated with your account is correct. Menu->Your Account->Change Your Info, then verify your email address in the form. b) Make sure you are signed up for the Peach-o-Gram: Community->Newsletter, and the box next to Peach-O-Gram should be checked. That's all it takes for us to send you the email. For you to actually receive the email is another matter! Here are the obstacles only you can control: a) Mindspring and Earthlink users: if you have your email set so it sends back a confirmation that we have to manually answer before the email is delivered to you, you won't get it. We can't process thousands of these "please confirm that you are a real person sending the email" forms. b) AOL.com users: Check your AOL spam filter settings. Complain to AOL if you don't get the Peach-o-Gram. It was sent. 1/3 of you are on AOL, and that means we send them over 12,000 emails whenever we send out a POG. Their "sophisticated" spam filters often decide 12,000 emails must mean we're a spammer and they start silently deleting the emails we send them. ("Silent" because their email server tells us the email was delivered OK). c) Yahoo.com users: Yahoo! has become a real pain. About 20% of you are on Yahoo, and many Yahoo users abandon their email accounts but don't delete them from our database. After Yahoo! receives some number of emails in a row for abandoned accounts, they assume we are spamming and stop accepting emails from us. We have to write them every time and ask them to take us back off the bad list, and then go through the database and try to figure out which email addresses are no longer valid and remove them. I haven't seen a problem with Hotmail yet -- would be interesting to know if any hotmail.com users did not receive their "o-gram." We really do try to get the word out!! best, Rowland
