I hope everyone had a great Xmas. I was not sure what Xmas would be like this yearbut i was pleasantly surprised. It has been a very hard year for me and my man and I was ready to let Xmas be just another day. My phone rand Tuesday afternoon and Bob said to me.........come over here now...I need you. All kinds of thoughts were running through my head, thinking what else could go wrong this year. I walked in the door and he greated me with mistletoe and a great big hug and kiss and a huge smile on his face. He said to me this year, Xmas is going to be just for us. We had some dinner and slipped some Johnnie Walker Blue that I got him for Xmas. And then he presented me with the most beautiful Swiss watch I have ever seen...brought tears to my eyes. And, of course, he cried when he saw the framed picture of Dan Marino and the gold engraved Dolphins money clip I bought him. Xmas day we made a few phone calls to family and friends up North and them he cooked me the most wonderful dinner. I had always wanted to spend just one Xmas with the man I love and not share him with anyone, and I got my wish this Xmas. So in spite of all the sad things that have happend to both me and him this year, THIS WAS THE BEST XMAS I HAVE HAD IN YEARS. Everyday I thank God for all the good things in my life instead of asking him for things, ( thank you Lee silby for pointing that out to me) and he heard my prayers. So thank you God for this beautiful Xmas. May 2004 be a happy, healthy, musically filled year for all of us.
