Rogue, Larry Brantley was a roadie/road mgr. etc. for the ABB. He also has a site that sells ABB memorabila. For a fee he will also validate any memorabilia you may have. He has turned his tenure with the band into a side business which I certainly can't fault him. However, he seems to take an exception when someone else tries to do the same i.e. Reddog. Or he may have been put up to it. First of all I want to say what is the big deal about Reddog's book? It is very similar to the book the roadie for ZZ Top put out or the book Road Mangler Deluxe by Emmy Lou's Road Mgr. It doesn't take a college education to read and cateres to the purient interest of Rock'n'Roll fans. It is fun stuff kind of Nat'l Inquirer based. How any member of the band could be offended by anything in the book is beyond me. Does anybody remember Sex, Drugs and Rock'n'Roll? The ABB could have coined the phrase. I'm sure there is a whole lot of darker stuff in the belly of the beast we know and love as the ABB. And really we may love the band, but would we want our sister to date a member or our son to work for them?
