Bro is in ICU recovery. They'll keep him there for the next 24 hours for close observation but docs say the operation went well. He opened his eyes and doesn't need the breathing tube like last time so it sounds very encouraging. Lani is in her room, chomping on ice chips, feeling a little tired but otherwise ok. Needless to say the anesthesia hasn't worn off yet, so tomorrow she may have a different opinion! But long story short...good vibes all around.
