Hi again from the Beacon Hotel sweet family, Everyone who was here this past weekend, we miss you! What a wonderful time we had! For those about to peach - we're waitin' on you! The big party this weekend is the 23rd at the Gin Mill. This is the 5th or 6th annual. Gin Mill gatherings are always tremendous fun and we look forward to seeing you there. Folks began to arrive for the early in the week ABB shows last night. We were fortunate to hook up with Donna Lagana and her husband Frank just as they rolled in, and convinced them to go to the Bowery Ballroom with us. What an awesome evening it was! Jason, Oteil, Kofi, Kebbi, Jeff Sipe, Walter King, Richie Cannata and many other fine musicians wove a jazzy, funky musical carpet that carried the audience "whhhhhoooosh" higher and higher and higher ... yesss! They all seemed to be having a great time and, from the audience's perspective, I can say we danced our fool feet off! Too much fun!
