Interesting to hear that Derek's solo is being cut from Desdemona. That solo really seems to fit his style, so I'm hoping it will return. Maybe it has to do with time restraints. We need more "play all night" shows, so these tireless guitar heros can really show their stuff. Not that they're not doing it now, I'm not complaining, however though a four hour + show would be one h*ll of a lot of fun.
