Good morning folks,...Hope everyone is having a good weekend. Been trying to order the ABB dvd, "Brothers Of The Road" for some time now, with no luck, until today. Went to Best Buy, and what do I see staring me in the face, yep, Brothers Of The Road, so needless to say, I snatched it right up. I didn't realize until viewing it, that I have seen it countless times on VHS, but so glad I got it on DVD. I know this era ABB is not everyone's favorite era, but i've always been partial to those years of the ABB. I absolutely love the Dan Toler, Frankie Toler & David "Rook" Goldflies era of playing with the brothers. I always loved Rook's playing, and that Frankie guy, well I just plain love him as a person as well as a musician. The Southbound was simply scorching, and I even teared up twice. Once during Dickey in the hotel room while singing and the knee slapping' thing, and then during Frankie's drum solo. Frankie's one of my best buds in the world, so i'm sure that had something to do with getting choked up too. Anyway, it was really good to see this one again, and now I can check it out anytime i'd like. Hope all have a great Sunday. Peace,...Neil
