Glad hear everyone had such a great time at GOTV. So much great music out there. Noble57 The reason the band parted company with Dickey was "NOT" based on "creative" differences. The problem was no one was "creating" anything and we've all discussed this a thousand times. The good thing is we now have two really fine bands to listen to and we are truly blessed "everyone" has got it together and are happy and healthy! Go ABB and GO Dickey! love em both! You know sometimes when I listen to Gregg sing these days his vocals sound so clear and heartfelt and when you can really catch every word he's singing...you can actually hear the "Kid" still in him...what I mean is the voice that he had in the mid-seventies when he was a just a youngster is still in there inside of the deeper, older and more mature sounding Gregg Allman. Does this sound silly? I don't think so but... I just love it when he sings and you can hear that youthfulness to his voice. You definitely can't say that about every aging rocker but Gregg is certainly one...Neil Young I believe is another that doesn't always sound his age. The kid is still inside the man. Really looking forward to The Brothers at Montage, the LamJam and most of all hanging out with many of you really fine folks. Should be a great time. See ya Eddie :naughty::eek::naughty::eek:
