:dance: :dance: :dance: So I get to the record store & ask the nice polite boy if he has the new Allman Brothers cd....he looks very puzzled, "Yes we do, you're the first one to ask for it". No surprise to me in this neck of the world, we're a very rare breed here. Anyway, he takes me to this teeny, tiny, rack on the wall with 4 Hittin' The Note cds being held hostage & says "Here you go", as he grabs one off the shelf.....I reply "I've been waiting a long time for this, I'll take 'em." "You want all of them ?!?!" he asks..."Yeah, that should do us for now". The store manager unbeknownst to me is listening all the while, walks over & says "You sure must like these guys. " So I explain as best I could about this Band & "getting it" & about our upcoming NYC trip (which is in 3 days....yippieee) to see the ABB. "Well that's some dedication & I tell you what, if you buy those four, I'll give you one more FREE".....SOLD.....so now Lynn, Melissa, Nicole, Shelby & ME all have our own cd & the creme de la creme they threw in two very, very cool posters of Stevie Ray Vaughn & Bob Dylan.....they didn't have any promo HTN ABB stuff....darn...but they did take my name & number in case they come across some....now that was a cool lunch hour trip if I do say so myself 😎 😎 😎 Later, Karen
