I guess at 15K the guitar strap is now a commodity, not a guitar strap. I guess I don't understand the ethical quandry over it. Is there a story? If stuff was given away by Duane before he died, well, stuff goes around. It's like buying a Cadillac Elvis owned. Should his heirs get the 25K I pay for it because he owned it and let it go? I guess the only positive thing I can say about a 15K Duane guitar strap is it shows the level of respect Duane Allman now gets in the world of investment, which is an extension of the respect he has as a legend.
