speaking of the "old days" I was there the next night at lakewood in atlanta and that was the first time I had seen the band in over 15 years--great night, but what really brought me back was "true gravity," I knew I had to see the band again after hearing that! a big year for atlanta with the olympics, a lot of the security forces personnel were camped out at lakewood which was sort of weird too. also liked those days when the band got a formal introduction so later on you would know for sure what city they were in on the recording. A few years later thanks to libby I got a backstage pass at walnut creek that I shared with my brother (it was too humid to stick on anything for more than a few minutes so no problem sharing it) and got to stand on stage with the band for a few minutes (way off to the side, of course) which was unforgettable and the only time I got to do that. too bad those days are gone, but the memories remain!
