growing up in the city, we learned early on what great heroes our NYC Police and Firemen are... Work hard, play hard, as a kind, I babysat for all the Police and Firemens' families that lived in our (blue collar) apartment building..what great guys .. Really beautiful loving familes, their gorgeous wives would doll up, perfume and jewelry, they'd go out for a night on the big town, cocktails, dancing, party till dawn on their weekends off.. i remember feeling so proud,on the days they worked , they outworked everyone.. There would be Nicky C on the front page of the Dailey News, carrying babies from burning building, Sean L, busting some pos dope dealer and bringing him home to Riker's where he belonged..a force to be reakoned with. the city that never sleeps was well prepared as could be, Praise God Prayers for our Servicemen and women as they continue to fight the good fight love the post about Gregory at the Ryman:) Best entertainer, Im thinking All-round-Cowboy:) Tony, thank God for your miracle, you were due Brother.. My cousin's kid had her baby boy babtised at a beautiful NY church Sunday..May he grow big and strong and fight the good fight..
