Hey Now!! As many of you know I have battling two types of cancer for the past 3 plus years. I had a Dr visit yesterday as my situation has worsened. The Dr visit went as well as could be expected. The PET scan revealed cancer only in the rectum area. A full rectum removal and permanent colostomy is the plan. A good internal look around will also be done during surgery. If any cancer pathology reports other than the known area is found that will be dealt with accordingly following surgery. CAT scans and PET scans are not full proof but a good indicator. The known cancer area did light up so that is good. The surgery will be in late June. A lot of people are giving some things up for me. Pam has shoulder surgery scheduled in two weeks and will put that off for about two months. We will get through this as Pam & the kids have been great as has all of my Family and Friends. The same goes for many of you. It has really meant a lot. Thanks once again and hopefully I will be seeing many of you Down The Road!! I am trully blessed!! Peach.
