This last one is probably the surprising one. We used to only have a handful of "bad" emails in the database but now there are thousands, and I am sure many have been victims of "friendly fire." ISP's like Yahoo, AOL and Verizon have been particularly bad about bouncing email sent to valid addresses, and it's a Catch 22 -- if we keep sending to bouncing addresses, they even more aggressively reject our email. So we mark them bad. If you login, click "Your Account" on the left, then click "Edit Your Information", you will see a long Bad Email message under your email address if it has been marked as "Bad," along with steps to fix it.
