With a heavy heart, I opened up my favorite website today. See every year on this date, I e-mail all my cyber buds and remind them of the significance of 10/29 and what the world lost on that day. Well today, I'm not at work, as I'm at home mourning not only the loss of Duane but that of my Dear sister Patsy, who passed away earlier this week. She was much older than me, but she was always young at heart and loved to be included in any festivities and loved going to see live music! So today I'll sip an Apple-tini (her fav drink) and play some Duane to honor the memory of both, who influenced my life in separate but important ways!!
