Walker113, I agree. I used to stand out on Governer's island and stare at the city for what seemed like hours. The WTC towers were twin lighthouse's; the harbor full of life and the sky so blue and clear, you would be hard pressed to find that color crayon in your box.
Across the way a greenish lady held up the lamp of Liberty.
Experience NYC in all it's glory at least once in your life. My son goes to visit in the spring when his high school band takes a trip.
