my suggestion: Don't allow registration through anonymous E-Mail accounts like Hot Mail, Yahoo mail, etc...... Make it mandatory through a providor type e-mail account. That will reduce the multiple user name registration and make some accountability with registration. Much as I like "Freedom" it is time for a handful of "moderators". Most big popular sites have them.
