Alert! We temporarily interrupt this love fest to ask a musically related question... Does anyone here in GB land know of the existence of an Allman Brothers performance on the German TV show Ohne Filter? I just purchased a DVD of a Popa Chubby show (NYC blues guitarist who has been produced previously, and career counseled, by none other than Tom Dowd). In the special features section of the DVD they list performances by all other artists to appear on Ohne Filter, and the Allman Brothers are listed. I’ve done a bit of a web search and can’t come up with anything so far. Does anyone know of the existence of such a video performance by the Brothers? (We now return you to your regularly scheduled love fest..Happy Birthday, Happy Anniversary, Happy anything you can think of, Congratulations, Sympathies and condolences, etc., etc…ad nauseum) P.S. That ice storm really did job on these servers. I think they are actually talking about music and Allman Brothers over on the Hallmark site guestbook. 😉
