Folks I got on the bus back in 1970 and how things have changed since that time. This band is nowhere near what the band was back then...Dickey held it together for so long during the breakups and the reunions. So 9 years after they fire Dickey your little drummer keeps runnin' off at the mouth tryin' to rewrite the bands history..has he offered any of the old road crew to come up? Has he offered any of the muscle shoals people to come up ? Of course not it would be money out of his pocket and shine the light somewhere else besides on him!! You all can say whatever you like about me ..I've been insulted by better.. but deep down the old timers know I am closer to the truth than butch has ever acknowledge.And to all you younger ones go back and read the real history of the band . Not butch's fantasy world.
