I see we are all wanting the band to head west. First thing is it is not all that easy. You have to have a place to play. Then the next city that you want to play so you can get people to come that where at the show the night before has already been booked with another band. Now you have to go from, lets say L A to San Fran. What I am trying to say is booking is hard to do if you do not get on it a year or so early. That is why a lot of gigs are from one end of a state to three state over. I know last year there was talk about going out west with the great Phil L. band. That would help the ABB. out there. I hope you people understand what I am trying to say. Now the free gig thing. I have been working on doing that for years. One reason the band will not do a free gig is it takes about a mill of insurance to do that. I say for mang. to get creative and try to get a beer co. to back the gig. Being the ABB draws a big beer drinking group of people. Do this in the big apple out doors in the park on a Sat. this way people can get back home to go back to work without rushing. I know that would work if done in the apple. It does take a lot of work. This could be one of the biggest gig to go down. I could never get mang. to see this. Of course that might be why I am not mang.
