hey, butch! so, hey helen, you know, i spent a few hours the other day in Robinsonsonville Mississippi! i can't tell you what it looked like, but BABY do they ever have some great music there! as an aside, i started in the middle - and the house filled with a sweet, lyrical, dreamy, percussive sound that just stopped me in my tracks - what the heck is THIS? i thought, then in a few minutes there was a sudden turn-on-a-dime back into "Rocking Horse!" holy schmeegers - the arrangement we heard in Atlanta! talk about bringing the freshy-fresh! so, yeah, helen, i've been to Atlanta this week, Mississippi, and even gone back in time in my own home town. crispy sound - i'm just streaming this stuff several hours a day, and LOVING it. the mix is faboo, what can i say, except, wowsers, and how much Beth & i are looking forward to watching the shows from the Beacon from home, then flying up to get a big ol' face FULL of the Best Damn Band in the Land! (and seeing you and everyone else - nothing like a Revival amongst us Believers!) heeeeeeeee-WACK!
