Good Morning... it's still a little dark here. Sun comes full faced in about another 1/2 hr... Wintertime 🙁 To say I am confused about whats happening on both sites would certainly be an understatement.. I have never meant Rick and I have meant Jacquie.. and believe me she is all things beautiful and sweet. She never gets involved in any heated discussions or at least not as long as I am a member .. Now on the other hand Rick... from past experiences has always been .. shall I say a bit explosive with his opinions.. especially regarding Dickey Betts... and I think what I remember was him and Hemlock on the guest book... neither one of them caring to much for Betts... Rick has changed his position about that and I was happy to read that.. Then all this happened .. what ever it was that started this chain of events between them.. I read this morning that someone called his wife.... well... wrong... that has just crossed another line of unacceptable behavior. Why does this get so personal.. it's a fan web site.. and yes friendships were made ... you are suppose to have trust in your friends.. This whole thing is just weirding me out... But what weirds me out the most was The Allman Brothers Band cutting Dickey Betts out of a anniversary / celebration/ in all who knew Duane thing. Of course not mentioning an invitation to Red Dog , Kim Payne and Willie Perkins... So yes, I am slightly in a state of confusion about this band.. But the personal insults really need to stop. It 's a bad vibe all the way around and totally unnecessary and just not cool.. Take a break ... come back later .... and all will be good again...
