This is why, IMHO, that it's really important to get out and interact personally when the chance comes your way. GABBA, JFD, Red Rocks, Beacon, Fox, whenever this family gathers near you. Once you've spent one-on-one time with somebody, they become a real person. A real person with plusses and minuses. Just like you. And not a name on the internet.
We all know we got different political views, different religious views, different views on Dickey, Derek, Jackie P., yadda yadda. None--NONE--of that has ever come up in person, to my knowledge. When we get together in the real world, it's a celebration of what we have in common. The differences just don't matter any more.

Meanwhile....
