Hey Now!! Thanks for the post Josh. I vividly remember the years following when Duane passed and Dickey took the stage center and played all the guitar parts. In 1972 with just the 5 members many of us had our doubts about what it would all come to. Dickey took up the task and carried the ABB. I remember him standing center stage, looking 10 foot tall with fire flying from him fingertips!!! I will always be in his debt for what he did to keep the ABB going. Dickey Betts deserves his place once again center stage for the Duane Allman tribute shows!!! I hope you all have a Safe & Goodtime Sunday. 😎 Peach.
