Yes sir Nic. I sure do remember that night. I have posted about it a few times. The man took the bull by the horns and rode that sucker. He did play is as* off that night. He did all the guitar parts. It eased the mind. Really saved the band. I do believe that. People can say what they want. I was there. Heard and saw it. Watched the spirit of the band go high. Everyone was a little nervous, and wondering what was going to happen to the band. Betts took care of that. Showed his brothers I got this bad boy and we are going on down the road. The Allman Brothers Spirit was alive and well.
