Whatever happens next year, I will be there, hopefully for both Dickey and ABB. I'd love to save money and only need 1 ticket though. I definately do not view Great Southern as a nostalga act. Heck, they play a decent amount of newer stuff, but I would prefer Gregg's vocals. But the difference seeing/hearing the same songs, played by Dickey in a bar with a couple hundred people, or by the ABB in front of thousands is a bit depressing. ABB has a giant video screen, Dickey has a flag that looks like its been through hell, just hanging up. I would like to hear what Red Dog thought of the end of Dickeys time since he was there. Do you acknowledge there was a problem? How was is at the end (or how bad)? I realize you may not agree with how it was handled but? RD seems closer to the current ABB than Dickey, now. I realize there may have been issues, but from what I have heard from Dickey recently, his playing sounds fine. BTW, how can a band tour do a 40th anniversary tour without expecting some nostalgia. And for the recond, my favorite ABB line up is with Chuck. I know, sacreligious and all but I am a keyboard player and chuck can really wow me
