Hello from Asheville: Man what a nite. the gig started a little after 7 and we got back to the room at 4:30. John Paul Jones with Del McCorey (sp) band on Mandelin was great but. Warren and J. P doing The Battle of Evermore was something. Also did Soulshine. When he can out on Comm Breakdown/ Mt Jam, I came unglued. Also Tal Wilkenfeld was great all nite. Joan Osborne was better than I thought. Travis Tritt rocked with Warren. Mule opened the gig. Great set. Dumps, Del, R Ford, Tritt, DTB. ABB. Derek & Susan T killed. Set was not real long but engery packed. Audley Freed was really good. Great show. Another tonite. Johnny Winter. It will hard to beat last nite.
