Hi Peachies.. Looks like all the good music being made is here in SW FLA... the Grandchildren spent the entire weekend with their Mama, freeing Kevin and I to enjoy more blistering blues after our work-weekend was done.. Lately we just cant get enough neon light nights and Rastus' guitar, Saturday graced with the thunderous drumming of one of our all-time favorites, Frankie Lombardi ......Pedro thumping the bass... Pedro is a joy! and Frankie..truth is, I cant lay eyes on Frankie without them stinging a wee bit. Just cant say enough about this power trio...that extra little something..that "chemistry" thing ..they have it. Crazy they are not recording their LIVE shows...Blow your minds. Sunday (after prayers and work) found us in good Ol Will's Biker Heaven and Honky Tonk, with the added attraction of one of the hotdamnedest Blues Harp players this side of the Mason Dixon...and exchange Pedro for yet another funky bass player... Mybad, I never get the Harp players name. Looks to be a FLA Man, or maybe Texan..oozes that sweet :cowboy: swing-style. If he isnt famous, he should be. Ju-Dan...words cannot say how much your friendship has always meant to Kevin and I...Its been 6 1/2 years since you helped ease our grief. I know how hard it must have been for you to part with that beautiful black ABB shirt of Joe Dan's....Ive loved it so.. Its Dickey-boy's now. Have a good one Ya''ll..may your teams win win win ...Ca
