Thanks to Tom and Miss Elf for the discussion on administrative cuts for helping organizations. Let me give a better alternative. If you want 100% of your dollars to go to relief give to the United Methodist Committee on Relief. All administrative costs are paid by local churches gifts thru the One Great Hour of Sharing Offering, so that ALL gifts go directly to the ground. Not to mention that they will be there long after Red Cross moves on to the next photo op.
