In Standback, the guitar break at the end was always there and part of the song, so I guess you can say it's not really an outro. Derek has extended it more, jammed it out longer at the end. The EAP version just kind of fades out as Duane plays that repeating slide line. Too bad there are no live versions with Duane. Red Dog, did you ever hear the original band take an attempt at Standback? In a rehearsal or in the studio, where they all played together?
