Funny how its the same old tied people that won't to find fault with my posts. Sorry that you few try to read so much in my post that is not there. Then jump out and run the mouth on a bunch of bull. This brotherhood you speak of is in the mind of the beholder. Nice thought but in reality it is not there. People here have no idea of what I speak of yet they want to jump in and speak with a forked tongue. You are hung up on fantasies. What I said had nothing to do with the music. It had to do with being close and going the extra mile for the person next to you. It was a good thing that went south. As Brother Duane said, all good things must come to an end. How true it is. Here is another example. We were setting up when the production manager, Vid changed the set up and Jaimoe was out of the sight lines. In other words Jaimoe would not be seen by a lot of the audience. I mention that to Vid and we did not see eye to eye on this. So when Butch showed up, I mentioned this to him, and he said he did not give a damn about Jaimoe. This was at about the same time as Gregg telling me its every man for himself. Sorry people, if that sounds like brotherhood, then I will eat my hat. I saw the writing on the wall at that time and knew it was close to departure time. Then they fired Brother Dickey, and the next year got rid of Bud S. I knew I was next.
For the yo yo that mentioned bonus. Here again is a good example of someone speaking about something they know nothing about. The bonus, spread out over two years, should have been a lot bigger. It was my disability check that helped keep the band alive. They chances were real good of not surviving those early days if it was not been for mine and Brother Twiggs money, we put into the band asking for nothing in return. They also ran Brother Twiggs off at the beginning of the Enlighten Rouges run. Philosophy is good but only a bunch of words. I hope the truth does not bust your bubble. A band does not have to be a brotherhood to play good music.
