Good morning enigmajean and Jerry, Jorma fans,
Good to see that you also have picked up Jorma's cd with Jerry Douglas.
Jorma Kaukonen's band and Jerry's Douglas's Band are playing in Athens, Ohio 11/3/02 at Alumni Memorial auditorium, Ohio University.
Jorma's guitar camp "Fur Peace Ranch" is right down the road in Pomeroy, Ohio. 119 acres of beautiful foot hills. He has had the guitar camp since 1998. Jorma and guest guitar players teach class Friday-Monday on selected weekends when not touring with the "Blue Country" or "Hot Tuna". It is outstanding. I attended Jack Casady's bass class in 1999. Awesome.
Anybody near Athens, Ohio hopefully will catch this 11/3/02 show and write a nice review. Check out the Hot Tuna web site. All the info about the concert and the "Blue Country" cd is there. Take care, Charlie
