Anyone else feeling a bit out of sorts this month? its the first time in 7 years for me i don't have Beacon setlists to look for..... :rolleyes: gentle reminder to everyone that annualcreditreport.org will give you access to all three of your credit reports.....it might be a good idea to take a look; if you are lucky it will be good news, but if you are like Lane and I you might just find several surprises. Reminder to all to take good notes on any settlements you come up with; I settled with Verizon last August regarding an early termination fee for my DSL after moving (to an area with no dsl). They said "No problem Ms. Braswell, we will credit your account that amount" flash forward 8 months, that amount is now in collection. Rat bastards. Its hard enough to get a mortgage in todays times but getting one with Fair to poor credit is downright impossible without a major amount of cash flow. Add incompetent agents at a large company and you will be paying out the ears for ***** you just are not liable for. 😡
