Had a blast this weekend, with Jaimoe and Brother Dave Stoltz, leading the Jasssz Band. Cafe Luna was packed solid, and I was lucky to get a spot by the bar, since I had forgotten to make a reservation.
They played for about three hours, and never took a break. Jr. Mack is a crowdpleaser, and can really handle guitar and vocals like the true Brother of the Road he is. It is no wonder Jaimoe picked him to be in the band.
Great to get to chat with Brother Dave, and how pleasantly surprised I was when Jaimoe remembered my name! Again, he is not only a great drummer, but a real cooool cat!
