Enchanter, I had a similar scenario re tix purchased pre-sale vs regular sale. Redceived e-mail that regular tix printed & ready to be mailed, but no such message re pre-sale tix. After being passed from one TM agent to another (45 minutes later) I was told the "red flags" had not been removed from my pre-sale tix, but was assured this had been "resolved" and the pre-sale tix would be mailed w/in 5-10 business days. Later found out that the "red flag" was due to TM making sure no one exceeded pre-sale limits...that's what I was told anyway...you may want to give TM a call, that is if you have an hour or so of spare time!
