You are having the same proplem "shrinking" your pix as I used to have. If all else fails, try emailing them to yourself , click option to "resize" and send. Than retrieve your email, open , choose "Save" - save to desktop.
When you come back to this site, and go to Pictures/submit, it should be easy to find your (now reduced size) pix on your desktop, than simply submit it. Works every time..Hope I am explaining this ok...Good luck..
