:fanfare: Congratulations Joseph! The D.A.R.E. program is probably one of the most important programs ever implemented in the schools today. They reach the children at just the right age, 5th grade. They are old enough to understand what is being taught and young enough for it to make a huge impact on their lives. God Bless the police officers who get out there and make a difference in so many young lives.
