Great show and a Great Warm up by Commander Cody and the Lost Planet Airmen. ABB were so Hot with Dickey and Berry just lighting the place up. Gregg and the Band had reached a peak and were riding the crest of this period. It was a majcal time, so care free and wild. I had been following them around since the Fillmore East Concert. Saw them next at Gaelic Park, sadly that was the last time I saw Berry.
This was my first ABB show! Number 2 was Gaelic Park (7/17/72). For me, the high point pf the evening was an incredibly soulful middle-section of Mountain Jam — blew me away.
Would love to get my hands on a copy of this tape.
