I distinctly remember this show! I had just purchased the first ABB album (remember wax?) and drove 60 miles to Milwaukee to see this “new band”. At that time the Scene (now closed) admitted under age18 fans – you just had to sit at tables, thats right, tables at the show. Additionally, as the bar was on the raised or upper level, under-agers had to sit on the lower level that did not serve alcohol next to the stage, so being only 17 at the time we had to sip soda at a table 20 feet from the band. Really small stage for the Brothers, but a truly memorable show. Atone point in the show, someone must have either stole something from behind the stage or there was some other trouble, because right in the middle of the set, a guy came running from the back of the stage, right between the Brothers, and leaped off the front of the stage with the Red Dog in hot pursuit. Was life long fan ever since. Thanks ABB for the songs of my life!
