Sorry, I have been out of town for 2 weeks.
I picked up my mail and have this. Will get it out to Germany this week.
I sent this out today as a letter and the "non-machinable, surcharge added" method. This worked for me once before, although today I had to pretty much talk the postal lady into sending it and she seems to think it might come back to me. As of right now, it is on it's way to Germany.
