Bill, I do have a copy of this show from Tokyo. I got it from peachlovingman's vine from 2010. Here is what he posted at the time he started the vine:
This is the latest installment in the Blues Guitar Superhero Series. This DVD features one of the most intense performances by Stevie Ray Vaughan ever filmed- the legendary Tokyo show! This is one of the best video boots I've ever seen and it has excellent sound and pro-shot video footage of SRV at the absolute height of his magical powers. The "Voodoo Child (S. R.)" on here is EPIC, Stevie seems to channel both Jimi Hendrix and Albert King during different portions of the song. If you love to watch amazing Fender Stratocaster playing, this is the video for you. I'm very happy to be able to share this show with all the cool folks on here, but bogarts and commercial bootleggers are NOT welcome, please. First person to sign up please be from inside the U.S., then people from other places are welcome, too. (And as always, thank you to Kitty for her kindness.)
I made a copy for you Bill, are you still @ 306 Philos ?
Thank you everyone. That is the show. Blue Sky's to ya all

Here's a link to the Tokyo show on youtube:
This remains one of my favorite shows by any guitarist.
I've circulated the pipe smoking Stevie DVD many times over the years.
Originally it was a laser disc release.
