A statue of a slave trader was removed and thrown in the local river, by force.
A statue of a BLM member was put up where the other statue had been, illegally at night.
That statue was removed by the Bristol City Council and placed in storage. They are waiting for the sculptor to either donate the statue to a museum, or to pick it up for personal use.

No. BoytonBro registered his new username the day he'd start posting & was averaging 10-15 posts/day - at least that's true for ABBGMTTB, bmac911, whatever the other was, FLhurricane, & jjohnson 94.

When you post, look under your username, it shows when you registered. I was going by the dates under the usernames he used. Don't remember FLhurricane.
Some were dated as much as 10 years ago.

The ones I mentioned were all the latest registrations on the member list at the time he was trolling - pretending to be a new member, complimenting the layout of the site, then targeting members, then insults. Since he was last kicked off, LostinBardo was the latest member (who's never posted) & then trey_merrill showed up today (not saying he's a troll.) Guess he had a lot of usernames ready to go at any time. Hope he's gone for good now.

We can all see the same stats, and most of the handles BB was accused of returning under all had fresh registration dates. That's why some people were immediately suspicious of the newbie's identity. Those accounts (well, except Boyton's actual handle) have since been deleted and no longer appear in the Members List.

When he returned, he refused to use Boyton Brother. Don't know why. When asked, he said he didn't want to "bother Rowland" to reset his password. He said he was never banned. If that's true, "BoytonBrother" would still show in the member list & he could've used it again had he contacted Rowland for a new password.
He didn't. He made up new names - always showing as the newest Peach Bud - pretending to be some new member until he got caught. That username would be deleted from the member list along w/all the posts. He would make up a new username the very next day until he was detected & deleted. That went on for about 6 weeks & at least that many names - jjohnson99 or something like that was his last one.
Cagey just used his old account - guess he'd never been banned & didn't need to re-activate it through Rowland. He also didn't pretend to be a newbie as BB did.

Yeah, I never even realized he had stopped posting or that there was a problem until all of the newbie accounts surfaced.
His original account is still active, I'm still not sure what all the drama was about, or why we are mining user stats.

The drama was because some Peach Bud showed up & posted in every single thread multiple times. Literally, every other post was from the new user. It was like someone had beamed down & just had to answer every single post in the forum & after a few warm ups, he got provocative - going after people he must've remembered. All it took was looking at the member list to see he'd posted more posts in 2 days than some 10 yr members have posted in their entire history. He'd repeat it. Not once but 6 times. It was dramatic because he went after people - insulting, name calling, etc. He was 1st thought to be Muleman returned, but he admitted to being BB after about the 4th time & refused to use that name.
Obviously, the TofS were being violated, members were getting pms from moderators, & it stopped being fun. That's the drama.

Don't know. It was a creepy obsession. Followed by Cagey & his venom. As a lot of us posted, we were on the verge of just saying "enough, we don't need this."

A statue of St. Jude was taken down in San Francisco. Lots going on these days.
I had worthwhile stuff to contribute under the removed thread such as the reparations Asheville, NC granted BLM. We may not agree with moderator decisions, but just like in sports, the refs make decisions and they have the authority to do that.
