Not my belief, but the fact is the GOP House and Senate gave Trump nothing more than a tiny percentage of what a wall would cost. Why is that? Where is the money coming from to support your desire for a wall? If the Dems retake either the House or Senate later this year, do you think the probability increases that funding will included in a budget for the wall, or is it more likely that the wall becomes lame duck and nothing more than a campaign chant at a Trump rally?

Why would they give any cash back? Do you think Trump gives money back to a contractor who breaks a contract? When you break a contract, you pay for the damages.
Why can nobody understand that the money belonged to Iran for the whole time? The U.S. had frozen that amount of Iranian money in banks here. The "Nuclear Deal" unfroze the money. President Carter froze Iranian assets in the US during the hostage situation. Some were released by Reagan in 1981. The rest remained in an escrow account. It was always their money and never belonged to the US.
Unfreezing those assets were a carrot in the nuclear negotiations. The money that was sent to them was monew that belong to them but was held by the US government as a sanction. It was not US taxpayer money.

- Iran was given a clear path to nuclear weapons.
- No American inspectors could ever enter Iran.
- Only IAEA inspectors “approved by Iran” were allowed to do inspections and Iran had to be given a 3 week notice. The IAEA inspectors are incompetent as proven during the Iraq inspections.
- All of Iran’s advanced development sites are in their military bases and no inspections are allowed ever.
- Iran could continue to develop long range missiles.
