On the surface it seems like he is just evoking an Executive order and maybe plans to do something about human rights abuses somewhere in the world, but as you look further, you find The Clinton Foundation, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation tied to the Gertler Foundation, which is cited by OFAC. Declaring a National Emergency? Trump seems to be pulling out all the stops.

Remarks: If the Clintons were not involved in subsidizing human rights abuses knowingly, this seems really uncalled for. Yes we all know George Soros funneled money through the Open Society Foundation to different causes, but the Clinton Foundation did do worthwhile work in impoverished countries.

FOX makes a living off of conspiracy theories you alluded to. That network is morphing into state run TV. That type of alignment is what would be expected of Russia & Putin...so this makes perfectly good sense for Trump & FOX.

Some of the theorists say that the release of those Huma Abedin emails (which of course have been redacted) will lead to more finger pointing and eventually investigations etc.
